Tra’i Seru
The Foundation Baseballteam Tra’i Seru (Tra’i Seru) was founded in 2001 by Rolando “Lando” Chirino and Jurandier Libiana (DFT) with the goal of helping to shape young people using baseball as the main method. Over the first few years, we saw that this goal was effective and we achieved great success, both within the team and individually. Our organization takes pride in our members’ accomplishments at the baseball level, as well as in their leadership roles in our community. There are many examples to mention.
In 2005, we officially registered our organization by signing a notarized document, in which Rolando Chirino was appointed president, Ronald Chirino as secretary, and Diana Chirino as treasurer.
By 2009, when our organization had grown significantly and we needed to take it to the next level, we felt it was necessary to amend the statutes and professionalize the board. At that time, the board consisted of 7 members.
As time passed, we realized that some of the goals established for our organization were not being maintained as strongly, and in some cases, there had been deviations. Therefore, it was very important for us to carry out an evaluation and reorganization of our organization.
